As you know the Crescent area is one of Spalding’s more charming areas to spend some time, which is why we at the Electric Beach have always enjoyed offering Spalding’s longest running sunbed salon right here for over 20 years.
It’s not all about sunbeds and tanning though in our trading community. There is also a terrific array of eateries in our street that are independent and well established that offer a diverse culinary experience.
Italian food is really popular with all Europeans and you need to look no further than enjoying lunch or dinner at Amici’s Restaurant (HERE) ‘Traditional Italian Food with flair, enthusiasm and love!’ Located just up the street from our sunbed salon, Amici’s is right next to Vine Street car park.
Fancy a traditional sit down or take out meal or snack and coffee? Open from breakfast Rumblings Cafe’ (HERE) is a great pit stop for your favourite snacks and coffee. ‘We also provide outside catering and pride ourselves on our affordable buffets perfect for your event.’ You can see Rumblings to the right from our tanning salon front door.
Spanish tapas is enjoyed by millions of Brits, especially when on holiday. Well you can have it right here at Sergi’s Tapas Bar (HERE) which even offers Al Fresco dining during the warmer months. Sergi says, ‘The true ‘Taste of Spain’ with a touch of Sergi’ Magic’, Sergi’s is located right next to Drapers Place – the Car Park you can see right opposite through the alley way from our sunbed salon.
A Spalding treasure and renowned bookshop, ‘Bookmark’ bookshop and cafe’ (HERE) is a fine way to spend some quality time. Virtually next door to our tanning salon, it’s a great drop in after a great tan.
There’s nothing like a great Chinese/ Cantonese to curb those cravings! At the top of our street is one of Spalding’s longest running Restaurant/ Takeaways from the Golden City (HERE). You can pull up right outside if you want to have a well deserved take out and curl up at home.
